// Lemon Balm Oxymel Tincture //
Easily add this oxymel to tea or water and drink as needed. experiment with small doses.
Ingredients: • 1/2 Cup dried (or 1 cup fresh*) Lemon Balm • 4 Oz (~1/2 cup) honey • 4 Oz (~1/2 cup) Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions: 1. Place Lemon Balm in a clean jar
2. In a separate bowl whisk together honey & vinegar
3. Pour vinegar-honey mixture over Lemon Balm leaves
4. Add lid, shake and leave in a cool dark place for 4-6 weeks
5. strain liquid from leaves & store oxymel in a clean tincture bottle (preferably with a dropper).
*Tinctures of any kind that use fresh leaves are going to have a shorter shelf life than ones that use dried leaves

Ingredients: • ½ cup dried blessed thistle • 1 cup olive oil or sweet almond oil
Instructions: 1. Add the dried blessed thistle to a clean, dry glass jar. 2. Pour the oil over the herbs, ensuring they are fully submerged. 3. Seal the jar and let it infuse in a warm, dark place for 4–6 weeks, shaking occasionally. 4. Strain through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth and store in a clean bottle.
Use as needed for massage, hydration, and postpartum support.

//Fenugreek & Date Postpartum Nourishing Smoothie// This smoothie is packed with iron, fiber, and healthy fats to support overall health, digestion, and energy levels.
Ingredients: • 1 cup oat milk (or milk of choice) • 1 banana • 2 Medjool dates (for iron and energy) • ½ teaspoon fenugreek seeds (lightly crushed) or ¼ teaspoon fenugreek powder • 1 tablespoon almond butter (for protein and healthy fats) • ½ teaspoon cinnamon (for warmth and circulation) • Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)

Ingredients: • ½ cup dried Red Clover blossoms • 1 cup raw honey
Instructions: 1. Place the dried red clover in a clean, dry glass jar. 2. Pour the honey over the herbs, stirring gently to ensure they’re fully coated. 3. Cover and let it infuse for at least 2 weeks (or up to 4 weeks) in a cool, dark place, turning the jar upside down every few days.

Calendula also promotes lymphatic flow, aiding the body’s natural recovery process after birth. It soothes inflammation inside and outside of the body. Making it perfect for teas and baths.
//Calendula Herbal Bath// This simple Calendula bath soothes soreness, promotes tissue repair, and supports gentle healing of the body- suitable for adults and children alike.
Ingredients: • 1 cup dried Calendula • Optional: ½ cup Epsom salt (for muscle relaxation)
Instructions: 1. Bring 8 cups of water to a boil, then remove from heat. 2. Add the dried Calendula, to the pot r French Press, cover, and let steep for 20–30 minutes 3. Strain and pour the infusion into a warm bath. 4. Soak for at least 20 minutes to allow the calendula to support healing and relaxation.
For convenience, you can also place the Calendula in a muslin bag and steep it directly in the bath
